Sessions are 30 or 45 minutes duration, private and duo sessions available.
SMALL GROUP FITNESS
As a trainer, paramedic and mum I know the value of staying active. Even better, doing it with a badass group of likeminded people. The benefits of training in a small group environment are incredible not only for physical health but mental health too.
Group fitness sessions include boxing, mums and bubs, pilates, circuit training and more. They are a fantastic way to burn fat, improve strength, meet people and have a great time.
